Dagne Dover has a real teacher discount: 20% off, verified through ID.me, for teachers, troops, veterans and healthcare workers. The brand’s own verification page states it plainly: “With our deepest thanks, we’re offering an exclusive 20% discount for the teachers, troops, veterans and healthcare workers who serve our country, today and every day.” You verify once with ID.me and the discount applies at checkout.
Dagne Dover was founded in New York City in 2013 by three women, and the company designs hyper-functional, performance-driven bags, including diaper backpacks, totes, crossbody bags, luggage and accessories. Its bags are made from premium materials including neoprene, leather, coated canvas and nylon, with some collections using non-toxic dyes and recycled content. The brand’s own tagline is “Bags that get it,” which fits a lineup built around carrying a laptop, a lunch and a stack of folders without falling apart partway through the school year.
How To Get The Dagne Dover Teacher Discount
Dagne Dover runs this discount as a dedicated verification program covering four groups: teachers, troops, veterans and healthcare workers. There’s no separate code to hunt down and no coupon field to guess at. Instead, you complete a short verification form through Dagne Dover’s partner, ID.me, confirming your employment at a school. Once ID.me clears you, the 20% discount applies automatically at checkout.
ID.me’s own listing for the brand confirms the program is live: “Yes, Dagne Dover has a Teachers discount and/or cash back offer! Dagne Dover is one of the hundreds of retailers offering special savings for verified Teachers community members through ID.me Shop.” That’s the same verification path ID.me runs for hundreds of other retailers, so if you’ve verified as a teacher with ID.me before, the process at Dagne Dover will look familiar.
Dagne Dover’s own page doesn’t publish a minimum purchase amount or list which collections are excluded, and this site couldn’t confirm either detail anywhere else first-party. If an exclusion applies at checkout, the verification flow or your order total will show it before you pay, so it’s worth reading that screen rather than assuming every bag in the catalog qualifies.
