bareMinerals has a page called Students and Teachers on bareMinerals.com, but the page doesn’t say what the offer is. Its page description reads “Exclusive offers for students and teachers. Enjoy special savings on clean beauty essentials and skincare favorites,” and when we read it we found no rate, no code and no way to verify that you teach. We’re treating the teacher rate as unpublished.
If you already wear bareMinerals to school, or you’re shopping for a colleague’s gift, what matters is what you can count on today. Below are the offers bareMinerals states for every shopper, with their conditions. We also went looking for a 20% teacher rate and didn’t find one on a bareMinerals page.
How To Get The bareMinerals Teacher Discount
There isn’t a rate to claim, so the step is to open the Students and Teachers page and see what loads for you. When we read it, it showed a grid of products, 105 items in all, and it didn’t mention SheerID, UNiDAYS, ID.me, a promo code or a verification step. The only discount figure on it was a Save 25% badge on products such as The Modern Mover Routine. The page doesn’t tie that badge to teachers, so we aren’t counting it as a teacher rate.
If a verification step shows up when you get there, read its terms before you rely on it.
What bareMinerals Offers Every Shopper
The Offers page lists savings that don’t depend on being a teacher. It says to get started with 15% off your first order when you spend $25. The fine print says you enter your unique code at checkout, the offer can’t be combined with any other promotions, and it isn’t valid on Buy With Prime.
Free standard shipping in the US comes on all $60+ orders. Auto Delivery gets 10% off and free shipping every time. The page also lists a free sample with every order, and if you refer a friend, you get $10 worth of points after their first purchase.
About The 20% Teacher Rate
An earlier version of this post said bareMinerals gives teachers 20% off through UNiDAYS or SheerID. We couldn’t back that up, so we took it out.
UNiDAYS does have a page for bareMinerals, titled “bareMinerals – UNiDAYS Student Discount.” The 20% Student Discount shown on it is listed with LOOKFANTASTIC, one of the retailers under the heading “also available at,” and the page doesn’t use the word teacher or educator. When we searched SheerID’s public offer list for bareMinerals, it returned nothing.
bareMinerals’s own Offers page is less tidy about its numbers. The first-order offer near the top is 15% with a $25 purchase, while the FAQ lower down says “20% off your first order.” We can’t tell you which one is current, and neither is a teacher offer: the Offers page doesn’t use the words teacher, educator or student.
Cash Back At bareMinerals
Fluz’s bareMinerals page says you can get 1.5% cashback at bareMinerals with a Fluz virtual card. We didn’t find a TopCashback page for bareMinerals, and Rakuten’s address for it loads a general page instead of a store page. Check the number on Fluz before you pay, since it can change.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
We couldn’t confirm what the Students and Teachers page offers, who qualifies, or how bareMinerals would check. We also can’t say whether the Save 25% badge has anything to do with the page’s name or is simply the price on those sets. We didn’t place an order, so we don’t know whether the first-order code works alongside Fluz cash back.
