Tervis gives teachers 15% off regularly priced merchandise when you verify your ID.me account at checkout, and the offers page says offers are valid only on tervis.com. It’s one shared offer: the same sentence covers First Responders, Healthcare employees, Military, Government employees, Teachers and Students. ID.me’s Tervis listing reads “15% off for Teachers.”
If you’re ordering a few Tervis pieces for a gift swap, read the exclusions before you fill the cart. The page leaves out sets of 2 or more, and the 15% comes off before taxes and shipping are added.
How To Get The Tervis Teacher Discount
Tervis’s offers page lists the offer under the heading Save 15% with ID.me. It says you verify your ID.me account at checkout, and the 15% comes off regularly priced merchandise before taxes and shipping. The page doesn’t print a code to type in.
Tervis doesn’t say what counts as a teacher. It lists Teachers and Students together with the other groups and leaves the definition to the verification step. The page gives no end date for this offer and says only that it’s subject to change without notice.
What The 15% Leaves Out
The offer excludes TervisHome products, limited or special editions, sets of 2 or more, gift cards and redecoration fees. Tervis’s general offer terms add 3rd party products and bundles to the list of items that aren’t valid, and they say exclusions apply. The offer may not be applied to previous purchases, and it isn’t available on wholesale or corporate orders. It also may not be combined with other offers, so it’s one offer at a time.
Because the page words it as 15% off regularly priced merchandise, an item that’s already marked down isn’t what it describes. ID.me’s listing adds only that some restrictions may apply.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
Tervis’s page doesn’t say whether substitutes, retired teachers or college faculty qualify, since it never defines Teachers. It doesn’t say how the 15% shows up in your cart or whether you can use it on more than one order. The ID.me block doesn’t mention holiday sales either. We didn’t verify through ID.me or place an order, so what your checkout shows is the number to trust.
