The 15% is for military members and first responders in the US, and Sweat Collective is for fitness instructors, athletes and coaches. The one cash back rate we could read is Fluz’s, 5% on a Lululemon gift card.

How To Get The Lululemon Teacher Discount
There isn’t a teacher discount to claim. The Programs and Discounts, Military and First Responders and Sweat Collective pages don’t mention teachers in our read of them, and ID.me’s Lululemon teacher page says it isn’t aware that Lululemon offers Teachers discounts. The word educator on Lululemon’s pages means store staff: the military page says to ask a lululemon educator in-store to apply your 15% off at checkout.
The route we could confirm is gift card cash back. Fluz lists Lululemon gift cards with 5% cashback, and says anyone who creates a Fluz account can purchase a gift card. Its terms say to use the gift card online or in lululemon stores. The button below goes to Fluz.
What The Programs Say
Military and First Responders says Lululemon offers 15% off to Military members and First Responders in the US. It says the program includes firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, EMTs, medical doctors, and licensed nurses, and that Lululemon partnered with SheerID to confirm your eligibility using a digital verification system. Teachers aren’t on that list.
Sweat Collective says you’ll get 25% off full-priced lululemon gear when shopping for yourself online, in-store and on app (iOS) in North America. It invites fitness instructors, athletes and coaches to apply, and it says eligible instructors include group fitness and studio instructors. A schoolteacher isn’t named on it.
The Sweat Collective FAQ says the 25% off benefit cannot be combined with other discounts. It says the 25% isn’t valid on promotional offers during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day and Warehouse Sales, on any other discounts or promotions, in Outlet locations, on gift cards or e-gift cards, or in combination with other promotions and programs, and that additional exclusions may apply.
What Each Cash Back Source Says
Fluz’s 5% is a gift card rate, so you buy the card through Fluz and spend it at Lululemon. Rakuten’s Lululemon page was titled with No Cash Back when we read it. TopCashback has a lululemon page titled lululemon Offers, Cash Back, Discounts & Coupons, but we couldn’t read a rate for Lululemon on it.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
We couldn’t tell whether Lululemon pays TopCashback members anything right now, because the page doesn’t print a Lululemon rate for us. Rakuten’s title can change between visits, so look at the page you click through from. We also couldn’t tell whether a class taught somewhere other than a fitness studio counts for Sweat Collective, since its page lists group fitness and studio instructors and we didn’t find a rule beyond that.
