Jackery takes an extra 5% off for verified teachers, and it prints the number itself. The discount page names teachers among its key workers, says the 5% stacks with discounted prices, and says you have to complete verification first. It’s small next to some of the offers in this category, but it stacks on a sale price, and a portable power station is a big enough purchase for 5% to matter.

Here’s how Jackery describes it, and the two rules that decide whether it applies to your cart.

How To Get The Jackery Teacher Discount

Jackery has two pages that describe the program, its Special Discount page and a Key Worker Discount page. The first says verified medical professionals, first responders, military personnel, teachers, seniors, and many other eligible groups can enjoy an extra 5% off, stackable with discount prices. Its FAQ says verified medical professionals, first responders, military members, and teachers are eligible to enjoy an additional 5% stackable discount on top of existing offers.

The Key Worker page lists the same group: teachers, healthcare professionals, military personnel, first responders, social workers, and government employees. Both pages say you must complete verification to get the 5%. Neither one names the service that runs the check or lists the documents it asks for, so you’ll see that part when you start verification on the page.

The Two Rules That Matter

The first rule is about stacking. Jackery says the special group discount is an order discount. It can be used together with product sale prices, but it can’t be combined with other order discount codes or offers. So a product that’s already marked down is fine, and a promo code in your cart isn’t. The FAQ adds that it can’t be combined with other stackable coupons.

The second rule is about products. Jackery says the offer is valid for all products on the US site, with the exception of new releases, refurbished items, and special collaboration products. If you’re eyeing a model that just launched, the 5% may not apply, and Jackery says exclusions are indicated on the relevant product pages or in promotional emails.

What We Couldn’t Confirm

The pages don’t say how teachers are verified or how long the check takes, and we didn’t go through it, so we can’t tell you what proof it asks for. The pages also don’t say whether the 5% can be used more than once or how long the verified status lasts. The program page speaks only about the US site, so we can’t say whether it applies to other country stores. For questions, the page lists a phone and text line for US and Canada, open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST.
