On Running confirms a real teacher discount, verified through ID.me, though it does not publish a fixed percentage. On’s own terms say the “discount value on offer is subject to change,” pointed at ID.me to see the current rate rather than a number fixed in its own copy. What’s confirmed directly from On: teachers verified through ID.me get a single-use discount code for On.com or the On app.
On is a Swiss running shoe and apparel company known for its cushioned Cloud line of shoes and its CloudTec sole technology, sold online and through running specialty retailers.
How To Get The On Running Teacher Discount
Verify your status as a teacher through ID.me on On’s own discount programs page. Verification issues a single-use discount code, which you enter at checkout on On.com or in the On app. The code cannot be used at a physical On store, only online, and each verified teacher can request a new code up to twice a month through ID.me. Check the other sports and outdoors teacher discounts on this site for a merchant with a fixed published rate instead.
What The Code Does Not Cover
On’s own terms exclude Limited Edition Collections, Last Season products, and gift cards from the discount, and the code cannot be combined with any other promotion. It only applies to orders totaling $575 USD (or $800 CAD) or less before the discount is taken off, and it cannot be put toward shipping or applied after a purchase is already made. Since On does not publish the actual percentage in its own terms, treat the number you see at checkout, after verifying, as the real figure rather than anything quoted secondhand.
Q&A
Q: What percentage off does the On teacher discount give?
A: On does not publish a fixed number. Its own terms say the rate is “subject to change” and point to ID.me to see the current offer, so the figure shown after verification is the one to trust.
Q: Can I use the code in an On retail store?
A: No. On’s own terms say the code works only on On.com or through the On app, not in a physical store.
Q: How often can I get a new code?
A: Up to twice a month, through a new ID.me verification each time.
Q: Does the discount work on Cloud shoes specifically?
A: It applies sitewide on On.com and the On app, aside from the excluded Limited Edition, Last Season, and gift card items, so a standard pair of Cloud shoes qualifies.
Q: Do students get the same offer as teachers?
A: On’s page lists students, teachers, military members, nurses, medical providers, and first responders together as the same eligible ID.me-verified groups.
More Information:
On’s teacher discount is real and confirmed directly through On’s own site, administered entirely through ID.me rather than a code posted in plain text anywhere. The lack of a published percentage isn’t evasiveness, On says outright that the rate can change, so ID.me is the place to see today’s actual number.
