The Paper Store doesn’t have a teacher discount. The best way for a teacher to save there is cash back: Rakuten gives 4% back on online orders, and Fluz gives 1.5% when you pay with a Fluz virtual card. New email subscribers also get 10% off.
The Paper Store is a gift shop chain that started in 1964 as a small newsstand in Maynard, Massachusetts. Today it has dozens of stores across the Northeast, and together with its sister shops Gifts and More and Uncharted, the company runs over 100 stores. It sells online too. You’ll find clothing, jewelry, home decor, beauty, toys and cards, brands like Vera Bradley and Nora Fleming, and ear piercing at its Signature Stores.
How To Get The Paper Store Cash Back
- Sign up for a free Rakuten account.
- Search for The Paper Store on Rakuten and click through to the store from there.
- Shop and check out on thepaperstore.com as usual.
- Rakuten adds 4% of your order to your account, usually the next day.
If you’d rather not open a Rakuten account, Fluz gives 1.5% back when you pay with a Fluz virtual card. It’s less, but it’s money back on a purchase you were already making.
Other Ways To Save At The Paper Store
Sign up for The Paper Store’s emails and you get 10% off, and after that the emails tell you about new arrivals, trending gifts and special offers before anyone else hears about them. The store also runs coupons and holiday promotions through the year, listed on its Deals page, and most can’t be combined with another coupon, so use whichever one saves you the most on that order.
Shipping is free on standard orders over $75. Under that, it’s a flat $7.99, so it can be worth adding a card or a small gift to get over the line.
Getting your ears pierced? The Paper Store pierces for free when you buy select studs, and you get 20% off the rest of what you buy that day, plus a free pair of flat back studs to switch to after six weeks.
