Teachers can get NFL Sunday Ticket for this season for $198, and the same ID.me verification also gets you $15 off YouTube TV for 12 months. Both offers run through ID.me-hosted pages that carry YouTube’s terms, and both can be redeemed through the end of this year.
The Sunday Ticket price is open to new and existing subscribers, and you don’t need to be a YouTube TV subscriber to buy it. The YouTube TV discount is for new subscribers only.
How To Get The NFL Sunday Ticket Teacher Discount
Open the teacher offer page for NFL Sunday Ticket and click Verify Now. The page says to be logged into your YouTube-associated Google account before you verify, so that Sunday Ticket shows up in the right account after you buy. After you verify with ID.me, the page says the purchase link will show special eligibility pricing for both existing and new subscribers. You can pay in one payment or installments, and you can upgrade to include NFL RedZone for an extra cost.
What You Pay
The hosted page puts this season at $198 for teachers. For comparison, YouTube’s own Sunday Ticket page lists new user pricing of $240 and a returning-user price of $480, so the teacher price is below both. The terms say the offer has no free trial and is non-refundable, it can’t be combined with other coupon-based offers, and existing subscribers auto-renew at the $198 offer.
Sunday Ticket covers out-of-market games. The terms say locally broadcast Fox and CBS games, Sunday Night Football on NBC, Monday Night Football on ESPN and digital-only games are excluded. Your membership renews each season at the then current season price unless you cancel before your billing renewal date, and you must be 18 or older.
The YouTube TV Teacher Discount
The same page mentions a Teacher Special Offer of $15 off YouTube TV for 12 months, a $180 total value, for new subscribers only. The YouTube TV teacher page says the discounted price is $67.99 a month for the first 12 months of the YouTube TV Base Plan. After that, the standard subscription price applies, currently $82.99 a month and subject to change. Blackout restrictions apply, and the page says YouTube TV offers 100+ live channels with no cable box needed.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
These two offers sit on ID.me-hosted pages that carry YouTube’s terms and a YouTube TV support number. YouTube’s own Sunday Ticket page, as we read it, says it has discounts available for students and doesn’t mention teachers, so check the price on the purchase page after you verify. We didn’t log in to ID.me, so we haven’t seen the final checkout price. Whether the $15 off YouTube TV and the Sunday Ticket price can be used together isn’t addressed, though the $15 off applies to a new YouTube TV subscription and the $198 price to Sunday Ticket.
