Costa Del Mar has a teacher discount: 15% off performance eyewear and apparel, confirmed through ID.me. If your summer break involves a boat, a beach or a long drive with the sun low in the windshield, a good pair of sunglasses is one of the few things worth paying real money for, and this takes a slice off the price.
Costa Del Mar sells sunglasses built for time outdoors, along with apparel and accessories. ID.me’s page for the store shows it promoting performance sunglasses and progressive lenses, so it’s a place to look whether you need a plain dark pair or a prescription one. The teacher offer is written for the performance eyewear and the apparel, which is the part of the catalog most people come for.
How To Get The Costa Del Mar Teacher Discount
ID.me lists the offer as Teachers taking 15% off performance eyewear and apparel. Start at ID.me’s Costa Del Mar page, sign in to your ID.me account or make a free one, and confirm that you’re a teacher. ID.me says verified Teachers community members get these savings through ID.me Shop, so use that route instead of going straight to the store.
Pick your frames and lens type, add them to your cart, and look for the 15% before you pay. If you’re ordering with a prescription, have it in front of you so you don’t have to stop partway through.
What The 15% Doesn’t Reach
ID.me’s restriction note is short and worth reading closely. The offer isn’t applicable on new launches, on limited editions, or with markdown promos. That last one means a pair that’s already on sale isn’t also getting the teacher percentage, and the newest releases are off the table too. If the frames you want are brand new, the discount may not apply, and the cart is where you’ll find out.
The same note says the offer isn’t cumulable with other discount codes, which is a formal way of saying you can use one or the other. If you have a code in your inbox, price the cart both ways and keep the cheaper total.
