Mardel doesn’t list a discount for teachers that we could find. Its Education Sale page offers 40% off School Shop classroom decor without asking for teacher status, and its discount FAQ says all of its books are discounted 40%, excluding Lifeway, education and homeschool. What we could confirm for saving on a teacher’s purchases is cash back: Fluz lists 1.5% cashback at Mardel with a Fluz virtual card.
If you shop Mardel for bulletin board sets, classroom storage or homeschool curriculum, it helps to know which prices are open to anyone and which route earns a little of the money back. We’ve laid out what Mardel’s own pages say first, then the cash back.
How To Get The Mardel Teacher Discount
There’s no teacher discount to claim, and we found no teacher verification step. Mardel’s discount FAQ answers “What type of discounts do you offer?” with three things: it doesn’t offer bulk discounts, all of its books are discounted 40% (excluding Lifeway, education and homeschool), and it offers discounts for email subscribers. It adds, “We believe this allows all of our customers, both professional ministers and lay leaders alike, to benefit equally.”
ID.me’s Mardel page says, “We’re not aware that Mardel offers Teachers discounts.” That only tells us ID.me has no listing, so we read Mardel’s own pages too, and the button below goes to Fluz, the route we could confirm.
What Mardel Lists Instead
The Education Sale page shows 40% off Classroom Decor by School Shop at Mardel, with categories that include Bulletin Board Sets and Storage & Organization. It says, “Find quality classroom items at great prices in our Education Sale!” and it mentions quality Christian homeschool curriculum from publishers including Abeka and BJU Press. The page doesn’t ask for teacher status or an ID, and it shows no end date.
The books discount works differently. The FAQ says all books are discounted 40%, but it leaves out Lifeway, education and homeschool, so the 40% isn’t on those items. Mardel also says that joining its email list gets you its Weekly Ad, special promotions, fun project ideas and store news, and that you’ll be the first to receive news of discounts found in-store and at Mardel.com.
Cash Back Routes We Checked
Fluz’s Mardel page says in its offer terms, “Get 1.5% cashback at Mardel with a Fluz virtual card.” Fluz’s FAQ says you verify your account with identity verification (KYC) and link a bank account to fund purchases, and the page adds that offers are subject to change.
We didn’t find a Mardel page on TopCashback at three addresses we tried, and Rakuten’s Mardel address loads its general page instead of a store page. Rates change, so check the number on Fluz before you pay. You can start from our Fluz page.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
Mardel’s pages don’t say whether an individual store gives teachers a discount, and we didn’t contact a store, so we can’t speak to what happens at the register. Neither the FAQ nor the Education Sale page mentions Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
We didn’t place an order, which means we haven’t seen cash back post on a Mardel purchase or checked how the Education Sale price shows up in the cart.
