Campmor gives teachers up to 15% off through GovX ID, and its page names them: “Teachers (K-12 and University teachers/staff).” You verify with GovX ID, and you get a single-use code to type in at checkout. The page is mostly written for military and first responders, with teachers on the same list.
Campmor is a camping and hiking store, and its shop also has a Ski Shop, snowshoes, winter boots and hand and foot warmers. If your winter list is boots, warmers and layers for cold mornings on the slope or the bus line, the code is worth getting before you build the cart.
How To Get The Campmor Teacher Discount
Open Campmor’s GovX ID discount page and click the button for your group. The page says you’ll be “asked to verify your affiliation with GOVX ID,” and that verification is real-time. If you already have a GovX ID account, log in. If not, make one first.
After you verify, the page says you’ll “receive a single-use discount code to apply at checkout. Be sure to copy your code.” Put it in the promo box before you pay and look for the lower total in the order summary.
The Terms On The Page
The page says “Save up to 15%,” which means the percentage isn’t a flat promise on every item. It also says “Some Exclusions May apply,” without listing them. Each code is for one use, and the page puts a limit on how often you can ask: “There is a limit of one discount code per day.”
You’ll want a new code for each order. For future purchases the page says to log in with your GovX ID and get a fresh code, so there’s no need to start from scratch each time.
Cash Back Routes We Checked
Rakuten doesn’t show a Campmor listing at the address we checked. TopCashback has a Campmor store page, and we didn’t record a rate from it. Fluz lists 1.5% cash back with a Fluz virtual card. Campmor’s page doesn’t say whether a GovX code works alongside cash back, so keep the code and the cash back click-through in the same order and read your receipt afterward.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
The page doesn’t say which items the exclusions cover, what the discount comes to on any particular item, or whether the code works on sale prices. ID.me says it isn’t aware of a Campmor teacher discount, so the GovX page is the only route we found. The page title reads “GovX ID Military Discount,” and a banner above says a teacher discount is available, so the teacher offer is on the page though it’s written second.
