Hersheypark doesn’t have a standing, confirmed teacher discount right now. Its own FAQ page doesn’t name a rate or a program; it only says extra offers may show up seasonally through ID.me. The direct Hersheypark listing on ID.me’s own shop is currently deactivated, so there’s no live teacher-specific offer to point you to there either.
Hersheypark is the amusement park built around the Hershey chocolate brand in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with roller coasters, water rides, and a connected water park, Boardwalk at Hersheypark. It’s a single-location park rather than a chain, so any discount program it runs applies to the one property. See what else teachers can check in the entertainment category.
How To Get The Hersheypark Teacher Discount
There isn’t a confirmed, standing way to get one. Hersheypark’s own FAQ, answering the direct question of whether it offers a first responder or teacher discount, only points to its regular online ticket pricing and says additional offers may appear on ID.me from time to time. That’s a hedge, not a confirmed program, and the specific ID.me store page for Hersheypark is marked deactivated as of this check.
An older version of this page cited a specific discounted rate through a third-party ticket vendor. That claim doesn’t trace back to anything on Hersheypark’s own site, so it’s not repeated here. If you want to try anyway, check ID.me directly before you buy, since seasonal offers can appear and disappear without Hersheypark’s own FAQ being updated to match.
Q&A
Does Hersheypark offer any discount at all for teachers?
Not a standing one it confirms itself. Its own FAQ hedges toward occasional seasonal offers on ID.me rather than naming an ongoing program.
What does “deactivated” mean on the ID.me listing?
It means the specific store page ID.me built for Hersheypark isn’t currently live, so there’s no active offer listed there to verify or redeem, even seasonally.
Is the online ticket price really the best price?
According to Hersheypark’s own FAQ, yes, its online ticket pricing is described as usually the best available price, which is also the answer it gives to the separate military discount question.
Should I trust a third-party site quoting a specific teacher rate?
Treat it carefully. The rate on this page’s old version couldn’t be traced to Hersheypark’s own site, and a number with no first-party source behind it isn’t something to plan a purchase around.
Does Hersheypark offer a military discount instead?
Its FAQ answers that question the same way: regular online pricing is usually best, with occasional seasonal offers possible through ID.me.
More Information:
If you’re planning a visit, buy through Hersheypark’s own ticket page and check ID.me beforehand in case a seasonal offer happens to be live. Don’t count on a specific discounted rate from a secondhand page, since nothing here traces back to Hersheypark confirming one. Group and school field-trip pricing is a separate program from an individual teacher discount, so check Hersheypark’s group-sales contact directly if you’re booking for a class rather than buying a personal ticket. This page gets rechecked if that changes.
