- Ask your school about a corporate code. An employer with at least 15 employees can email Groups@TexRenFest.com to apply. If it’s approved, the code covers festival and camping tickets for employees and their families, and the application has to be sent again every year.
- Buy in advance. Advance tickets cost less online, and that price for a given weekend ends at midnight the Friday before.
- Go on a Sunday with young kids. Kids 5 to 12 get in free every Sunday, and kids 4 and under are free every day.
Tickets are for a specific date, with no refunds or rainchecks. For $5 more per ticket you can add exchange insurance and swap to another day once, which helps if the weather turns.

Schools and other tax-exempt groups arrange tickets by email. Write to Tickets@TexRenFest.com with your school’s name, a contact phone number, your tax exemption form, the date you want and roughly how many tickets you need. The festival opens only on weekends and Thanksgiving Friday, so plan a club or class visit for one of those days.
