Six Flags Great Adventure doesn’t have a teacher discount. Its discounted tickets are for active and retired military and first responders, and ID.me isn’t aware of a teacher offer. The easiest way for a teacher to get money back on tickets is Fluz, which gives 1.5% back on Six Flags purchases. If you’re planning a field trip, the park’s group rates are where the real savings are.
Six Flags Great Adventure is a theme park in Jackson, New Jersey, run by Six Flags. It has 14 roller coasters, family rides, live entertainment and seasonal events, plus the Wild Safari, where you ride an open-air vehicle through animal habitats. Its water park, Hurricane Harbor New Jersey, sits right next door.
How To Get The Six Flags Great Adventure Teacher Discount
There’s no teacher rate, so here’s how to get cash back on your tickets with Fluz:
- Create a free Fluz account.
- Find Six Flags in the Fluz app and pay for your tickets with a Fluz virtual card.
- Fluz gives you 1.5% of what you spend back.
Field Trips And School Groups
If you’re taking a class, group rates are how you save. Group admission is for 15 to 99 people, and you get one free admission for every 15 tickets you buy. Groups of 100 or more can get a custom package with a dedicated planner.
The park also runs educational programs for student groups, covering physics, science and engineering, taught outdoors around the rides. You can download a planning guide from the student and youth groups page that walks through the programs, meal and drink options and a checklist for the trip.
Other Ways To Save At Six Flags Great Adventure
- Buy a season pass or membership if you’ll go more than once. Passholders and members can also buy Bring-A-Friend tickets for a friend who visits with them.
- Buy online. Some ticket deals are only sold online.
- Check the military offer if someone in your family qualifies. Active and retired military and first responders verify with ID.me and can buy up to 6 discounted tickets for family and friends. It’s online only and doesn’t combine with sales or other offers.
