Quince gives new customers who are teachers 10% off their first purchase, verified through ID.me. Its service and education discount page is headed “10% off your first purchase for U.S. military, first responders, nurses & educators,” and says the discount is for new customers who are verified military members, first responders, nurses, or teachers.
If you’ve been meaning to try Quince and you’ve never ordered from it, the code is built for that first order. If you’ve ordered before, the page says the offer is for new customers only, so we’ve laid out the fine print up front.
How To Get The Quince Teacher Discount
The service and education page says to follow the steps to get your one-time discount code. You click the button to get verified, you follow the steps to complete the verification process, and the page says your discount will be automatically applied at checkout. In the longer instructions, it says to click the link to set up your ID.me account and receive your one-time code, and it suggests you copy or write the code down just in case.
When you check out, the page says to confirm that your code has been automatically applied. If it hasn’t been, enter your code in the discount code section and hit apply. The page describes ID.me as a way to prove your identity and group affiliation across multiple websites.
The Fine Print
The terms on the page say the offer is valid on regularly priced products, excluding gift cards. It’s for new customers only, with one use per customer and a $40 minimum order value. The page doesn’t say whether that $40 is counted before or after the discount, so plan on a cart that clears it comfortably. The page also says discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, and that you can’t share your discount with others: the program is for personal use and only for eligible members.
Quince says it currently ships to U.S. addresses only, and that it can’t ship to Guam or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. The page also says the offer terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
The page doesn’t say which grade levels or roles count as teachers, or what ID.me asks you to show. We didn’t go through the verification or place an order, so we can’t say how the steps look on screen or what the cart shows after the code is applied.
