Coach doesn’t have a teacher discount, and ID.me doesn’t list one either. If you’re buying a bag for yourself or a gift for a colleague, the cheapest routes are 3% cash back when you buy a Coach gift card through Fluz, 2% cash back through Rakuten, the sale section (Coach advertises up to 50% off select styles) and Coach Insider, which is free.
Coach sells handbags, wallets, shoes and accessories, and it runs a separate Coach Outlet. Browse more clothing and accessories discounts for teachers if you’d like to compare brands before you buy.
How To Get The Coach Teacher Discount
There’s no teacher code or verification step, so the savings come from three places.
- Join Coach Insider. It’s free, and it gives you access across Coach and Coach Outlet, online and in stores, with early access to new product drops, free customization twice a year and personalized offers.
- Shop the sale section first. Coach marks down bags, accessories and ready-to-wear often, so check it before you pay full price. Orders of $75 and up ship free.
- Add cash back on top. Buy a Coach gift card through Fluz for 3% back, or start from Rakuten for 2% on a regular order.
Check the total at checkout before you pay.
Cash Back At Coach
Fluz gives 3% cashback when you buy a Coach gift card, and anyone with a Fluz account can buy one. Rakuten gives 2% on a regular Coach order. Rakuten doesn’t pay on gift cards, so use one route or the other on a given purchase. Start from our Rakuten link for the regular-order route.
Rakuten also leaves out Coachtopia items, employee purchases, orders of three or more of the same item and orders Coach considers to be for reselling. If you’re buying the same bag for three colleagues, expect no cash back on that order from Rakuten. Rates change, so look at the number on each site before you shop.
Signing Up For Texts
Coach says if you sign up for texts, you’ll be the first to know about new arrivals, exclusive collections and special offers. It doesn’t say the texts carry a discount code, so treat it as a heads-up on sales.
