Brooklinen doesn’t list a teacher discount. Its FAQ answer on discounts describes promotions it runs through the year, announced by marketing email and social media, and doesn’t name teachers or educators. ID.me says it isn’t aware that Brooklinen offers Teachers discounts. What a teacher can get is cash back, the same as any other shopper: Rakuten shows 2%, and Fluz lists 1.5% cashback with a Fluz virtual card.
If you’re replacing the sheets before the weather turns, or picking out a gift for the teacher down the hall, it helps to know that before you spend an evening hunting for a code that isn’t there.
How To Get The Brooklinen Teacher Discount
There’s no teacher discount to claim, so there’s no verification step. ID.me’s page reads “We’re not aware that Brooklinen offers Teachers discounts,” and nothing on the Brooklinen pages we read points the other way. Brooklinen’s own answer says “we are happy to offer some promotions throughout the year directly on our website,” and that you can find out about them “by signing up for our marketing emails and following us on social media.” It doesn’t tie those promotions to teachers.
The cash back route we’d start with is Rakuten at 2%. Its terms say “Cash Back is not available on the redemption of gift cards.” The button below goes to Rakuten.
Brooklinen Rewards
Brooklinen Rewards is the brand’s own points program, and it isn’t a teacher program. The Rewards page says “As a member, every dollar you spend earns you points,” and it sorts members into Silver at $0-$250 annual spend, Gold at $250-$750 and Platinum at $750+. It lists earning 2 points per dollar spent and 200 points for writing a review. Points can be redeemed for dollars off or for free gifts, and the page lists a surprise birthday bonus and first access to new launches and sales among the benefits. It doesn’t mention teachers or educators in our read of it.
Cash Back Routes We Checked
Rakuten’s page is titled with 2% Cash Back, the highest of the routes we found. Fluz lists 1.5% cashback at Brooklinen with a Fluz virtual card, and its FAQ says you verify your account with identity verification and link a bank account to fund purchases before you can use one. We didn’t find a Brooklinen page on TopCashback at the addresses we tried. Rates change, so read the percentage on the page the day you order.
What We Couldn’t Confirm
We read Brooklinen’s page sitemap, which lists 66 pages, and none has teacher, educator, discount or military in its address. Its FAQ is a help widget that loads in the browser, and we read its index and its answer on discounts there. We didn’t open every answer in it. It has a Brooklinen for Business section with questions about a Trade and Hospitality program and a corporate discount, and we can’t say who those are for. Brooklinen says it announces its promotions by marketing email and social media, so a code sent only to subscribers wouldn’t have shown up for us. We also didn’t place an order, so we can’t say how long cash back takes to arrive.
