BP’s Tuition Assistance program offers reimbursement and assistance to employees and their children enrolled at accredited institutions, covering up to 90% of tuition, books and fees associated with courses or degrees offered through accredited institutions. This program is open to full-time employees as well as their dependents such as spouses or grandchildren.

BP collaborated with students from Penn State’s Bernard M. Gordon Learning Factory on a capstone design project through its hands-on teaching facility for engineering students, providing the students an opportunity to create an interactive spreadsheet which assists wind and solar developers navigate Pennsylvania’s grid interconnection process.
