As Boston Sports Club filed for bankruptcy, Attorney General Maura Healey obtained a court order that requires BSC to implement an administrative process to enable consumers to file post-bankruptcy refund claims. As a result, hundreds of Massachusetts customers who were wrongfully charged by BSC or had difficulty cancelling their memberships can now receive full refunds.
