How To Get The Biltmore Estate Teacher Discount
We read Biltmore’s special offers page, its tickets and pricing page and its admission discounts FAQ. None of them mentions teachers or educators. The FAQ answers the discount question by pointing to seniors, U.S. military members and more, and the special offers page lists free next-day grounds access, military, seniors, a $10 online saving on House tickets and a ticket and stay bundle.
For a class, the route is the education groups page. It says Biltmore’s school group experiences include musical performances, self-guided Biltmore House visits, Homeschool Days and higher education tours focused on horticulture, forestry, farming and sustainability. You start by filling out the educational group contact form. It asks for your name, school name, grade level, job title and contact details, then an intended visit type: self-guided school visit, instrumental performance or choral performance. It also asks for the number of students, the number of chaperones, the number for lunch options, an arrival date and a comment, and you pick whether you’d rather hear back by email or phone.

What School Groups Get At Biltmore
The page describes a self-guided Biltmore House visit for grades 4-12 school groups. It says the recently updated audio guide engages students in stories about the Vanderbilts, their guests and staff as they explore the house’s architecture, design and craftwork, and that it’s available in English, Spanish, French, German and Mandarin Chinese. That’s a useful detail if you teach a world language or have students who’d follow along better in another one.
Instrumental and choral groups can perform at Biltmore. The page says stunning outdoor locations around Biltmore House & Gardens are specially selected for the group, and it describes a program of Classical and Americana favorites. For higher education groups there are specialty tours covering horticulture, field-to-table practices, farming and agriculture, sustainability, forestry and more, and the page says Biltmore’s team can also craft custom tours to suit a group’s specific educational needs.
Homeschool Days are the option for homeschooling families. The page says they feature two to three different educational programs each year and calls them fun, hands-on experiences. It doesn’t give dates or prices for them.
Visiting On Your Own
If you’re going without a class, the special offers page lists savings that aren’t tied to a job. U.S. military members get an $18 discount on adult admission for themselves and up to four guests. You apply it during booking with the “Add special rate” button, then show your Military ID when you pick up your tickets on the day of your visit. Guests 65 and older get $18 off regular adult daytime House & Grounds admission on Tuesday and Wednesday visits. Anyone who buys Biltmore House daytime admission online saves $10 per ticket. The page says the $18 savings are based on the same-day gate purchase price.
The tickets and pricing page lists a discount for ages 16 and under and free admission for ages 9 and under on its House & Grounds ticket. It also says all Biltmore tickets include Antler Hill Village & Winery, complimentary wine tasting and complimentary parking. If you’re bringing your own kids, those are the savings the pages list, and none of them is a teacher rate.

We didn’t find a cash back listing for Biltmore.
