Tieks doesn’t have a teacher discount right now. Its last offer for teachers, a back-to-school gift card campaign called Clear the List, has ended. If you’re buying a pair today, you’ll pay the regular price, but shipping is free in the U.S. and you have six months to return or exchange them.
Tieks makes foldable ballet flats out of Italian leather. The upper of each pair is cut from a single piece of leather that stretches and molds to your foot, and the bright blue patches on the sole are the part most people recognize. You can only buy them online at tieks.com. Plenty of teachers wear them because they’re on their feet all day and want a flat that still looks put together.
How To Get The Tieks Teacher Discount
There isn’t one to claim at the moment. Here’s what the last teacher offer looked like, so you know what to watch for if Tieks runs it again next back-to-school season:
- A $50 Tieks Gift Card for anyone who bought at least $25 in supplies from a teacher’s classroom wish list during the campaign.
- Teachers counted too. If you bought $25 or more in supplies for your own classroom, you qualified.
- One card per person, no matter how many wish lists you bought from.
That campaign is over, and we didn’t find a newer one on Tieks’ Clear the List page or anywhere else on its site. We also couldn’t find Tieks on Fluz, Rakuten or TopCashback, so there’s no cash back route to fall back on either.
Ways To Save On Tieks Without A Discount
You can still keep the risk low on a pricey pair of flats:
- Free shipping on every U.S. order.
- Six months to change your mind. As long as your Tieks are in their original condition, you can return or exchange them within six months of your order date, and Tieks pays the shipping both ways in the U.S.
- Getting the size right the first time. Tieks run true to size. If you wear a half size, Tieks usually suggests going down, unless you have a wide foot.
You’ll find all of this on the Tieks FAQ.
Q&A
Does Tieks have a teacher discount?
No, not right now. Tieks’ last teacher offer was a $50 gift card through its Clear the List campaign, and that campaign has ended.
Can I get cash back on Tieks?
Not through Fluz, Rakuten or TopCashback. None of the three carries Tieks.
Can I return Tieks if they don’t fit?
Yes. You have six months from your order date to return or exchange a pair in its original condition, and Tieks covers the shipping both ways in the U.S.
What size Tieks should I get if I wear a half size?
Usually the half size down. If you have a wide foot, go up instead.
Can I buy Tieks in a store?
No. Tieks only sells online at tieks.com.
