Zoo Atlanta Hosts Educator Appreciation Day on March 13 (2020)

In order to encourage educators to bring their classes or students to the Zoo, Zoo Atlanta hosts an annual Educator Appreciation Day on the first Saturday in March. On this day, educators receive complimentary admission as well as a $2 discount for family members or guests accompanying them.
Active teachers, both local and out-of-state educators, informal educators, administrative support staff and active PTA members can take advantage of this discount. To qualify, educators must present either a valid educator ID or relevant documentation along with photo identification when purchasing tickets to Zoo Atlanta Admissions.
