Yes, Cirque du Soleil has a teacher discount. Teachers save up to 30% on Cirque du Soleil tickets through ID.me, and two shows have their own teacher rates too: up to $16 off late performances of O in Las Vegas, and up to 20% off Drawn to Life at Disney Springs. You verify with ID.me, and the discount applies when you buy through its page.
Cirque du Soleil started as a troupe of street performers in a small town in Quebec and grew into one of the best-known live entertainment companies in the world. Its shows mix acrobatics, live music and theater. Some tour from city to city, and others stay put, like O, a water show that lives at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and Drawn to Life, a show built with Disney around Disney animation that plays on the West Side of Disney Springs in Florida.
How To Get The Cirque du Soleil Teacher Discount
- Go to Cirque du Soleil’s page on ID.me and sign in, or create a free ID.me account.
- Verify that you’re a teacher. ID.me checks your teaching status.
- Pick the show and date you want, then follow the link through to buy your tickets.
- Check the price before you pay. The discount is up to 30%, so the amount you save depends on the show, the seats and the performance.
Teacher Rates At O And Drawn To Life
If you’re headed to Las Vegas, O has its own offer for teachers: up to $16 off late performances. It’s on O’s ID.me page. If you pick an earlier show, you won’t get this one, so choose the late performance if the savings matter to you.
If you’re going to Walt Disney World, Drawn to Life gives teachers up to 20% off through its ID.me page. It’s a good fit for a family trip, since it’s built around Disney animation and it’s right at Disney Springs.
Taking A Class Or A Group
Cirque du Soleil sells group tickets for 10 or more people, and it offers group perks at every one of its shows. Schools and student groups count. To qualify, all the tickets have to be for the same performance and paid for together. In Las Vegas, groups of 10 or more get discounted rates, and you can add things like a backstage tour. Start on the Cirque du Soleil group page to plan it.
