From its new US Freedom Pavilion to its collection of B-17E Flying Fortress bombers, Corsair F4U-4 fighter jets and other iconic aircraft, the Museum continues its mission of teaching students and teachers about an integral chapter in world history.

Arizona State University and the Museum have joined forces to launch an online Master of Arts degree in World War II Studies, beginning January 2019. This fully accredited graduate degree combines the expertise of leading historians from ASU and the Museum with historical artifacts and personal narratives relating to World War II; with curriculum covering topics like military campaigns across Europe and Asia; Holocaust effects; and how the war altered society.
