Life Fitness takes up to 15% off for teachers through GovX, as long as you’re buying for home. Teachers, meaning K-12 and university teachers and staff, are on the same list as military members and their families, first responders and government employees. You verify with GovX ID, get a single-use code, and enter it at checkout.
The discount is for individuals buying for home use only, so it works for a treadmill in your spare room and not for equipment for a school gym or a facility. Life Fitness sells treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, indoor cycling bikes, arc trainers and rowers, plus strength gear like functional trainers and cable machines. How To Get The Life Fitness Teacher Discount
- Open Life Fitness’s military, first responder and teacher discount page.
- Click the button to claim your discount and verify with GovX ID. Verification happens in real time.
- Copy the single-use discount code you receive.
- Add your equipment to the cart on the Life Fitness shop, enter the code at checkout, and look at the total before you pay.
How The Code Works
The 15% is an “up to” figure, so what you save depends on what you buy. Each code works once, and Life Fitness limits you to one discount code per day. Equipment at this level is a big purchase, so build the whole order in one cart before you claim the code. For a later order, log in with GovX ID for a fresh one.
What You Can Buy
On the cardio side, Life Fitness sells treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, indoor cycling bikes, arc trainers and rowers. On the strength side, you’ll find functional trainers and cable machines. A school or gym buying for a facility doesn’t qualify, because this teacher discount is for individuals buying for home.
Who Qualifies
The eligible list is current and former U.S. military, military spouses and dependents, first responders including law enforcement, fire and EMS, federal, state and local government employees, and teachers. GovX does the verifying, so start with the button above and see whether your status goes through.
