Horizon Fitness gives teachers 7% off a cardio purchase. You verify through ID.me on Horizon’s discount page, and Horizon sends you a coupon code to use when you buy a treadmill, bike or elliptical on its website. Military members, first responders and medical professionals get the same 7%.
If you’ve been eyeing a treadmill for the garage or a bike for the spare room, 7% comes off the equipment price. The code isn’t automatic, so you pick it up on the discount page first and enter it when you check out. See more health and fitness discounts for teachers.
How To Get The Horizon Fitness Teacher Discount
- Go to Horizon Fitness’s discount page.
- Select the verify button and confirm your status as a teacher through ID.me.
- Copy the coupon code Horizon gives you after you’re verified.
- Add your treadmill, bike or elliptical to your cart and enter the code at checkout. Check the total before you pay to make sure the 7% came off.
Who Qualifies For The Horizon Fitness Teacher Discount
Horizon opens the offer to teachers, military members, first responders and medical professionals. It’s only available to ID.me customers who have successfully validated their enrollment, so if you haven’t used ID.me before, you’ll set up an account and verify as a teacher before the code appears. Horizon runs the offer for its United States and Canadian sites.
What The 7% Covers
The discount is for the price of the equipment, and Horizon says it doesn’t include shipping. Fees may still apply, and Horizon explains returns and other offers on its site. Treadmills, bikes and ellipticals are what Horizon sells under its cardio lineup, so those are the purchases the 7% is built for.
You have to get the promo code and use it on horizonfitness.com or horizonfitness.ca. Previous purchases are excluded, so an order you’ve already placed can’t be adjusted after the fact. The code can’t be combined with other offers either. If Horizon is running a sale on the machine you want, compare the sale price against the 7% code and pick the lower total, since you won’t be able to stack them.
